The successful bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, certifications, documentation, and incidentals necessary to furnish and deliver 23 Patrol Vehicles (2027 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD (K8A) with ballistic door panel Level III+ driver's front door only, Agate Black Metallic, 3.0L EcoBoost Engine, 10-Speed Automatic Transmission, factory option Noise Suppression Bonds (60R)) and 3 K-9 Vehicles (same model with additional factory option Hidden Door-Lock Plunger with Rear Door Controls Inoperable (52P)). Vehicles must be new, unused, current model year 2027, comply with FMVSS, and be delivered FOB Destination to Rowan County Fleet Management, 425 Airport Road, Salisbury, NC 28147. The contractor must provide advance notice and coordinate delivery with the Fleet Manager, and provide documentation including Manufacturer's Statement/Certificate of Origin, warranty documentation, owner's manuals, and itemized build sheet.
