Communications Management System

The system must allow multi-channel communications including email and SMS, with digital signage preferred. It must integrate with Banner for dynamic lists and optionally with Bravura for identity and access management. The system must support unlimited email sends per year, unlimited and editable sender IDs, role-based permissions, branded email templates, custom HTML, responsive email builds, message segmentation and personalization, digital accessibility checks, WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, message scheduling, a master send calendar, test email and approval routing, one-time list uploads, and a reporting dashboard with analytics. It must include responsive email testing across devices and light/dark mode previews, customer service hours, and user onboarding/everboarding. The system must handle approximately 25,000 internal contacts (students, faculty, staff) and 225,000 external contacts with 10-15% annual growth. Unlimited campus users and unlimited sub-accounts are requested, with a parent/child sub-account structure and role-based access required. The contract will be based on a complete package of services, not à la carte pricing, and if calculated on contacts, bids must be on locked-in levels of 250,000, 300,000, 350,000, 400,000, or unlimited.
