MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of a Project Management Consultant (“PMC”) for Construction Contract No. A37860 - Brooklyn Bridge -City Hall (Vents and Mezzanine Ceiling). The PMC shall provide management, administration, inspection and support services at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall Station on the Lexington Avenue Line at the a) Street Level/Mezzanine Level, b) Platform Level A, B, C D and K Ventilator Batteries (Northbound Area; c) Platform Level E, F, H, I and J Ventilator Batteries (Southbound Area) and d) Communication.
Estimated value: $1M - $5M. Contract term: 36 Months. Funding: 100% MTA. M/WBE goals: MBE 15%; WBE 15%; SDVOB 6%.
