The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage a consultant organization (the “Consultant”) to provide project management, administration, inspection, and support services in support of a construction contract for flood mitigation and drainage enhancements at the New York City Transit (“NYCT”) Westchester Yard. The Consultant shall manage, oversee, and support the construction of a perimeter barrier around the yard in the form of floodwalls, gates, and backflow prevention at utilities in and out of the yard; and (ii) designing and constructing a new drainage system within the yard.
