The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control, protection, supervision, and incidental items necessary to prepare, waterproof, and protect the existing concrete grandstand surfaces located on the lower west level of Renasant Stadium. Work includes surface preparation by shot blasting to achieve CSP 3-4, cleaning, crack repair, application of Neogard 7797/7798 Urethane Primer, reinforced fluid-applied waterproofing using Neogard 7430 base and wear coats with silica aggregate broadcast, and a Neogard 7470 Series Aliphatic Urethane topcoat, achieving a minimum total dry film thickness of 44 dry mils. The Contractor must also provide a field mock-up of at least 100 square feet, protect adjacent surfaces, maintain site cleanliness, and submit a minimum 10-year labor and material warranty.
