Housekeeping Services for the Oxford Nursing Home

The vendor will provide supplemental housekeeping services consisting of three day-shift housekeepers working from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and one evening-shift housekeeper working from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Duties include cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, dusting, disinfecting bathrooms, filling dispensers, emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, changing curtains, and assisting with laundry duties as needed. The vendor must adhere to all federal and state regulations and standards governing MSVA, including those from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Mississippi Department of Health. The vendor is responsible for personnel costs, background checks, TB tests, and ensuring staff attend mandatory training.
