The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform emergency debris removal services, including removal of vegetative debris, construction and demolition debris, eligible white goods, eligible hazardous limbs and hanging limbs, stump removal (when authorized), loading, hauling, reduction, and disposal of eligible debris, establishment and operation of Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR) sites, final disposal in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and documentation necessary to support FEMA reimbursement. Services shall be performed in accordance with the FEMA Public Assistance Program and Policy Guide, Federal Highway Administration (when applicable), Mississippi Emergency Management Agency requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
