The contractor will designate a minimum of one person to work with the coordinator, provide all materials and labor for collection, sorting, testing, packaging, storing, and transportation of waste, obtain necessary permits, provide equipment such as awnings, drums, safety gear, and furniture, produce evidence of insurance, maintain barricades, transport all waste off-site the same day, provide manifests and records, dispose of waste at a federally permitted facility, and attempt to recycle materials. The contractor must also submit a site safety plan and a Spill Control and Countermeasures Plan one week prior to the event.
