The project involves modifying the existing helipad (HCC00) to Limited Use Helipad standards by adding 25-ft concrete shoulders and an additional 25-foot grassed-earthen clear zone to meet the 150' clear zone requirement, repairing surface cracks, pressure cleaning, and resealing the helipad. It also includes constructing a 100'x100' standard helipad of concrete with 25-ft wide paved shoulders and an additional 75-foot grassed-earthen clear zone to meet the 300' clear zone requirement. Both pads will include pilot controlled flush mounted lighting, a painted circle H, and one new lighted wind cone. Sidewalk will be added where required. The project includes supervision, equipment, materials, site preparation, erosion control measures, and labor.
