PURPOSE
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the maintenance of swimming pool/spa and splashpad related services, and emergency repair service of various pools located throughout Miami-Dade County.
1.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide a STANDARD HOURLY PRICE QUOTATION to complete replacement/repairs to swimming pool/spa and splashpad related services including the emergency repair of pool/spa/splashpad systems related items on an as-needed basis as described. Maintenance of pool/spa/splashpad heaters and filters/sand replacement, pump and motor systems, propane gas systems, chemical distribution systems, chlorine distribution systems, Substrate Lighting (low voltage), plastering/stuccoing of pool/spa substrate/walls/decks, pool/spa/splashpad tile replacement/repair, plumbing/piping replacement/repair to include main drain, return, gutter, skimmers, floor intakes, wall inlets, aerators, blowers, splashpad water structures, etc.at Miami Dade County Park Facilities located Central between North 12 Street and South 104 Street.
NOTE WORK IS FURTHER DESCRIBED ON BID DOCUMENTS (RPQ).

The contractor shall provide a standard hourly price quotation for as-needed replacement, repairs, maintenance and emergency repair of pool, spa and splashpad systems including heaters and filters and sand replacement, pump and motor systems, propane gas systems, chemical and chlorine distribution systems, low-voltage substrate lighting, plastering and stuccoing of pool and spa substrates, walls and decks, tile replacement and repair, plumbing and piping replacement and repair including main drain, return, gutter, skimmers, floor intakes, wall inlets, aerators and blowers, and splashpad water structures at park facilities central between North 12 Street and South 104 Street, and must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing work.
