BTR Short-Term Parking Garage Repair
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SUGGESTED JOB SITE VISIT
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Suggested Job Site Visit shall be held on Wednesday, October 7,
2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, 9430 Jackie Cochran Drive, 1st Floor
Conference Room, Baton Rouge, LA.
The contact person concerning the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is Craig Alford, A.C.E., Airport Safety &
Operations Manager via calford@flybtr.com and/or (225) 355-0333 Ext. 336.
The job site visit will begin immediately following the pre-bid conference at the Baton Rouge Metropolitan
Airport. This will be the only opportunity for interested bidders / contractors to tour and inspect the job site
prior to submitting quotes.

Quotes can be received as sealed bids at the address noted above or electronically on the solicitation forms
furnished in the Request for Quotation document.
Quotes shall be received electronically via www.centralbidding.com or on solicitation forms furnished
by the City of Baton Rouge and Parish East Baton Rouge, and only those quotes shall be received by the
City-Parish which is submitted by those Contractors in whose names the solicitation forms and/or
specifications were issued.
