It is the intent of this RFI to solicit specific insights and options centered around an Enterprise PC Strategies in order for Lone Star College System to evaluate and develop a system-wide strategy.

Requests for Information shall be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System eBid system. Respondents are required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all terms. The Lone Star College System will be accepting proposals on a continual basis from the issue date of the RFI until it is opened at 2:00 P.M. CST on September 29, 2026.
The Lone Star College System ("LSCS" or "The System") enrolls over 90,000 credit students each semester providing high-quality, low-cost academic transfer and career training education. LSCS is also training tomorrow’s workforce today and redefining the community college experience to support student success.
The System consists of 24 locations, including eight colleges, seven centers, and eight Workforce Centers of Excellence, all located in the greater Houston area.
Fully accredited, the Lone Star College System offers industry-specific certifications, associates and workforce bachelor’s degrees and it’s 7,300 employees are committed to supporting students both in and outside the classroom.
