Bidder must provide and maintain four software services for Montebello Public Library: (1) Patron Point subscription; (2) Patron Sync module; (3) Patron Point Verify Module with transaction fees billed quarterly in arrears for up to 65,000 transactions; and (4) Verify subscription. All services are to be delivered for the 12-month contract period beginning November 1, 2026. Bidder must be an authorized distributor, reseller, or service provider of Springshare products and must provide manufacturer certification letters confirming authorization status at the time of bid submission. Equipment and services must meet operating requirements of the using department and be new, unused, and current models. Vendor must guarantee quality equivalent to specifications and accept return of goods in good condition within five days of receipt for full credit.
