The scope includes concrete pool wall removal (180' LF x 3' height x up to 12" thick; approx. 540 SF / 20 CY), floor drainage core drilling (ten 18"-diameter holes through the pool floor up to 12" thick), pool basin backfill (60' x 30', 3'-6" to 9' deep; approx. 1,800 SF / 420 CY) using engineered compactable fill dirt or flowable fill (CLSM), concrete pavement removal (100'-6" x 115' x up to 6" thick; approx. 9,760 SF / 185 CY), concrete ramp removal (71'-8" x 19'-4" x up to 6" thick; approx. 1,390 SF / 27 CY), ramp subgrade excavation (71'-8" x 19'-4", dropping from 9.5" to 0"; approx. 1,390 SF / 42 CY), site grade excavation (100'-6" x 115'; approx. 9,760 SF / 260 CY), asphalt surface restoration (6" thick asphalt patch), and debris haul-off and housekeeping. Total demolition/removal quantity is approx. 12,950 SF / 245 CY (excluding pool infill).
