Vendor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to perform four-hour load bank testing on seven (7) Motoren Turbinen Union (MTU) emergency diesel generator (EDG) assemblies, each rated 2,000kW, 4,160 volts. Testing must be performed in accordance with specified load increments and test durations over 10 consecutive business days. The work includes rental of one trailer-mounted 2500KVA multi-tap transformer assembly (480-volt to 4160-volt), 1300 ft of heavy-duty double-insulated 480-volt cam-lok cabling (26 cables at 50 ft lengths), 26-male and 26-female heavy-duty double-insulated 480-volt cam-lok pigtail connectors, on-site technicians for 10 consecutive business days, and transportation services for delivery and pick-up of the trailer-mounted transformer assembly. Each generator must be load tested for a total duration of four hours using the following load profile: 60 minutes at 30% of rated load, 120 minutes at 50% of rated load, and 60 minutes at 75% of rated load. A report of every generator tested must be presented to the project manager with actual log readings during test.
