RFB - Request For Bid
The bidder must provide a 3-year subscription to Commvault Cloud Resilience Operations as a Service (C-ROAAS) software (Commvault #CVLT-RESOPS-AAS) with a 2,540TB baseline allocated capacity across LA County ISD agencies. The software is to be delivered electronically. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider and provide a manufacturer's letter of certification. The bidder must complete and submit all required forms in Appendix A, including Exhibits 1-8. The bidder must also comply with all standard terms and conditions, including insurance requirements, information security and privacy requirements, and other County policies.
