The City of Los Angeles (City) through its Economic and Workforce Development Department
(CID) and the “Subrecipient”, 11:11 Projects, invite experienced and qualified Contractors to
submit bid proposals for the scope listed below. CID and 11:11 Projects reserve the right to
cancel this RFB.
Bids will be received until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16 th , via electronic submission
at the associated RAMPLA opportunity page. For bids to be considered, bidders must attend a
mandatory job-walk at 10:00 AM on Tuesday September 8 th , at the job site beginning at
6900 Reseda Blvd., Reseda.
It is expected that Service Provider(s) will be selected no later than Thursday October 1 st , and a
Contract/Agreement between the Subrecipient and the Service Provider entered into as soon as
Friday October 9th. All agreements related to this RFB are subject to CID’s General Manager’s
approval.
All bidders will be required to certify that they are not on the federal Consolidated List of
Debarred, Suspended, and Negligible Contractors list.
Successful bidders will be required to comply with all nondiscrimination laws and regulations
pursuant to provisions of these contract documents.
City, CID and 11:11 Projects reserve the right to postpone, accept, or reject any and all bids
deemed in the best interest of the Program and its administrators, subject to the terms and
provisions of the contract documents.
