The bidder must supply 15,000 each of 20mm silver aluminum crimp caps (Agilent part number 5190-9655 or equal) and 20ml clear headspace vials (Agilent part number 5190-9599 or equal), delivered in three equal shipments of 5 packs each (September 2026, January 2027, and May 2027). The seals must achieve pressurization (vial fill -15 psi) and not clog the sampling needle; vials and seals must pass >99.8% with no failed injections. If not the specified brand and part number, samples (100 each part) must be provided for testing prior to acceptance.
