The Department of Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (Department) is seeking qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements (MA) with the County to provide as-needed technical staffing as well as non-technical staffing in support of County-administered elections and the Department’s successful implementation of the Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP). Addendum #5 includes the close date of the solicitation which is March 2, 2027. Please read through Addendums 1-5 that may contain the most recent updates to parts of the solicitation.
Prospective vendors are asked to utilize these instructions and forms when submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the Department. Note that Addendum #3, issued on April 15, 2024, only requires one SOQ to be submitted via electronic mail (e-mail). Hard copies are no longer required.
