The bidder shall furnish 600 ASUS Chromebox 5a Enterprise devices (brand specific, no substitutes) with specified configuration including Intel Core i3-1315U processor, 8 GB memory, 128 GB SSD, ChromeOS, and a three-year manufacturer warranty. The bidder shall also furnish 600 wired USB keyboard and mouse sets (HP Wired Desktop 320MK or equal) with a one-year warranty. Additionally, the bidder shall perform per-device services including: applying County-supplied barcode asset tags; providing an Excel asset report with serial numbers and MAC addresses; enrolling each device into the Department's Google Admin console; staging, storing, and repackaging units at the bidder's secured warehouse; and delivering units in multiple staggered shipments to the Montebello Public Library (1550 W. Beverly Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640) F.O.B. Destination, with all services and final deliveries completed no later than December 31, 2026.
