The successful bidder will furnish plumbing products such as PVC pipe (Schedule 40 and 80), copper tubing (Type K and L), steel pipe (black and galvanized), ABS pipe, brass fittings, repair parts for Sloan flush valves, Chicago repair parts, American Standard fittings, and miscellaneous plumbing items (e.g., Teflon tape, ball valves, toilet seats). The contract is for a 3-year term, renewable for two additional 12-month periods, with no guaranteed minimum quantity. Bidders must quote a trade discount percentage off the manufacturer's published price list and submit a completed Market Basket spreadsheet. Delivery is F.O.B. destination with freight prepaid and allowed. The County may make one total award, multiple awards, or a combination thereof.
