Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and disposal necessary to demolish the existing swimming pool and restore the surrounding area to grade. The work includes concrete pool wall removal (180' LF x 3' height x up to 12" thick; approx. 540 SF / 20 CY), floor drainage core drilling (ten 18"-diameter holes through the bottom of the pool floor up to 12" thick), pool basin backfill (60' x 30', 3'-6" to 9' deep; approx. 1,800 SF / 420 CY) using engineered compactable fill dirt or flowable fill (CLSM), concrete pavement removal (100'-6" x 115' x up to 6" thick; approx. 9,760 SF / 185 CY), concrete ramp removal (71'-8" x 19'-4" x up to 6" thick; approx. 1,390 SF / 27 CY), ramp subgrade excavation (71'-8" x 19'-4", dropping from 9.5" to 0"; approx. 1,390 SF / 42 CY), site grade excavation (100'-6" x 115'; approx. 9,760 SF / 260 CY), asphalt surface restoration (6" thick asphalt patch over areas where concrete pavement and ramp were removed), and debris haul-off and housekeeping. Total demolition/removal quantity is approx. 12,950 SF / 245 CY (excluding pool infill).
