The bid is for a complete CERT training kit consisting of 16 items: a dark green backpack with CERT logo imprint, a hard hat with 4-point ratchet suspension, a safety vest with reflective striping and CERT logo, clear splash guard goggles, an LED flashlight with two D batteries, double palm leather gloves, 3-ply surgical face masks, an emergency blanket, a plastic whistle with lanyard, a safety snap light stick, a roll of duct tape, a protective face shield, two pairs of nitrile disposable gloves, a 10-inch crescent wrench, knuckle bandages (12 count), and assorted bandages (20 pack). Items 2-16 must be packed inside the backpack as the final product. All items must be delivered within 90 days of purchase order issuance.
