The scope includes professional tree, shrubbery, vine, and ground cover care for front and rear of the location: trees up to 8' in height shall be pruned, trimmed, and shaped annually; ground covers shall be edged weekly; trees, shrubbery, and ground covers shall be fertilized twice per year; shrubs trimmed as necessary; vines up to 6' trimmed twice annually. For the front of the location: remove a half-dead tree on the west side; spread front lawn with mulch. Front planter area care: keep planter areas free of weeds and debris; apply pre-emergent herbicide twice a year. Service dates are September 2026 through June 2027.
