The awarded bidder must remove and dispose of the existing door and frame heater at walk-in freezer #2, then provide and install a new North Star door with stainless steel L-frame, heater element, magnetic gasket, door seals, hardware, floor sweep, door closer, locking latch, and hinges. The new door must be approximately 34" x 77", made of 26 ga stainless steel with 3 1/2" urethane foam insulation, and include a vision panel. All electrical connections must be terminated. The work area must be covered and protected at all times, and all work-related debris must be cleaned and hauled away upon completion. All work will be coordinated and performed during regular business hours.
