The scope of work is to furnish and install a complete replacement Peerless GL12ME/LC vertical turbine pump assembly serving the Apollo Park reclaimed water irrigation system. This includes providing all labor, supervision, engineering, materials, equipment, rigging, specialty tools, transportation, startup services, programming, testing, commissioning, and incidentals. Specific tasks include furnishing and installing the pump with a three-stage bowl assembly, all Type 416 stainless-steel line shaft sections, Type 316 stainless-steel shaft couplings, a Tnemec Series 21 Epoxy coating, custom-fabricated discharge heads, a cartridge mechanical seal and spacer coupling, a 60HP motor, a Danfoss 60HP VFD, an 8-inch Kinger Surge Buster check valve, and an 8-inch Type 316 stainless-steel flanged-by-groove spool. The bidder must also verify shaft alignment, complete all mechanical connections, integrate the new VFD with the existing park irrigation and control system, program all operating parameters, and perform a complete startup, operational testing, performance verification, and commissioning. The job must be completed within 18 weeks from Notice to Proceed.
