Delivery is a standing order of 5 packs every four months, with three shipments scheduled for September 2026, January 2027, and May 2027. All items must be delivered to 1104 N Mission Road, Los Angeles, CA 90033, ATTN: Forensic Labs. The seals must achieve pressurization (vial fill -15 psi) and not clog the sampling needle; vials and seals must pass >99.8% with no failed injections. If not the specified brand and part number, samples (100 each part) must be provided for testing prior to acceptance.
