The contractor shall provide, implement, and support an Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) with core Enterprise Content Management (ECM) capabilities that enables LAUSD to securely intake, store, classify, retrieve, manage, retain, and report on District documents throughout their lifecycle. The solution must include centralized document intake, classification, and metadata-driven organization; secure document storage and version control; electronic document submission, ingestion, and indexing; multi-step review, approval, and workflow routing; compliance documentation tracking; role-based access and permissions; integration with LAUSD Single Sign-On; document lifecycle management including retention, legal holds, and disposition; comprehensive audit trails and reporting; dashboards and reporting; and user training, change management, and ongoing support. The contractor shall also perform data migration of approximately 415,000 digital files and 1,000,000 pages of records requiring digitization, and provide a minimum 30-day stabilization period following production deployment.
