LAUSD is seeking qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Consultant”) in support of Facilities Asset Management to provide appraisal services in the following areas of specialization:
I. Real property appraisals
II. Real property appraisal review
III. Fixtures and equipment
IV. Goodwill/business valuation
Proposers must submit a separate proposal for each area of specialization that the proposer offers to provide services to the District. Proposer may submit for as many areas it desires.

The district is seeking qualified Consultants to provide real estate appraisal services across the following areas of specialization: Real Property Appraisals – Valuation of land and improvements, including residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use properties; Real Property Appraisal Review – Independent review and analysis of appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards; Fixture & Equipment Appraisals – Valuation of non-real property assets, including machinery, equipment, and other tangible property; Goodwill/Business Valuation Appraisals – Determination of intangible asset value, including business goodwill and related interests. The specific services are detailed in Exhibits I through L. The District intends to award multiple Master Agreements to qualified appraiser consultants in each area of specialization, pursuant to which the District will issue Task Orders for specific appraisal assignments.
