The selected vendor will provide non-construction services for in-lieu fee mitigation and other KDFWR projects, including site identification, coordination with stakeholders, property boundary surveys, topographical surveys, legal services for property acquisition, easement monitoring, utility relocation design, conceptual and engineering design plans, data collection, NEPA coordination, Section 106 and Section 7 ESA coordination, biological and habitat assessments, permitting (401 WQC, Stream Construction Permit, KPDES, 404 Permits, Encroachment Permits), presenting plans to regulatory agencies, construction oversight, remedial/maintenance activities, adaptive management plan development, post-construction monitoring for a minimum of 7 years (stream) or 10 years (wetland), and data management. The work covers the North Region (Northern Kentucky, Lower Licking River, Lower Kentucky River, Salt River), East Region (Big Sandy River, Upper Licking River, Upper Kentucky River), and Southwest Region (Upper Cumberland River, Lower Cumberland River, Green River, Jackson Purchase) FILO service areas.
