The contractor will develop 42 to 72 hours of modules aligned to KRS 156.111(1)(a)-(i), educator ethics and 16 KAR 3:406, provide facilitators with five years practice experience and mentors with Kentucky superintendent experience, convene an advisory committee to determine proficiency, enroll candidates with written notices, assign executive coaching, maintain a roster and assessment records, administer comprehensive assessments with retake within the two-year window, issue final completion reports to candidates, KDE and board chairs, field a completer survey with aggregate results, provide meeting space if in-person sessions are offered, and deliver all services on an all-inclusive annual price.
