The selected consultant will prepare literature and records reviews for every BEAD project area, manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with broadband stakeholders, provide subject matter expertise on cultural resource issues, develop and implement cultural resource management plans, monitor compliance with Environmental and Historic Preservation laws, participate in project meetings, and participate in escalation procedures to resolve historic preservation disputes.
