Reclamation consists of the removal of approximately 7.5 acres of slide/transition (Slide A) material to rock and the installation of ditches to control drainage. Slide B is included to be excavated to rock to provide stable access on the Hazard 7 Level. Earthwork includes excavating and transporting slide materials to the waste area via Hazard 7 bench and Upper Second Creek Road, with material placed, graded, and compacted. Work includes concrete ditch work (Concrete Form & Finished), reinforcing steel, installation of 15 18, 24 & 36 HDPE pipes and concrete headwalls, hoe ram for breaking boulders and constructing rock excavated ditches, Class II backfill, concrete gravity walls at Bryant Residence and Gail Smith Res, Class II/III for ditch construction, temporary debris barrier wall, chain link fence above retaining walls, subdrains, retaining wall subdrains, temporary pipe, filter fabric and geo-grid, and silt control bid items including Silt Barrier Bales & Fence & Silt Trap Type A & B.
