Bidders must offer discount percentages off published list price for the following categories: pickup truck snowplows (7–9 ft straight blade and V-plow), dump truck snowplows (9–12 ft straight blade and box plow/snow pusher), plow blades, salt spreaders (tailgate and in-bed), de-icing equipment (in-bed brine sprayer), and snowplow mounting parts/accessories. Bidders may optionally offer installation services at their facility with an hourly labor rate, and may optionally offer on-site installation at state agency facilities with an hourly labor rate. Installation rates must include all associated costs (labor, shop supplies, and for on-site, travel expenses). Equipment must be new, current year model, and in first-class condition. Instruction and operating manuals must be provided for all installed equipment. Bidders may submit descriptive literature showing equality of alternate brands to the specified items.
