The vendor must provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to perform janitorial services five days a week (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding legal holidays) at each location. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning entrances, garbage collection, bathroom sanitization, and dusting. Weekly tasks include dusting high and low surfaces, cleaning glass, and polishing metal. Quarterly tasks include carpet extraction cleaning and damp cleaning ceiling vents. Semi-annual tasks include window cleaning, washing venetian blinds, stripping, sealing, and waxing tile floors, and carpet extraction. The vendor must maintain a minimum of one week's worth of supplies at all locations.
