Sheridan State Lake Dredging Project
The project generally consists of the excavation, transport, placement, and grading of approximately 185,000 to 255,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from the designated dredge area within Sheridan State Fishing Lake and placement of the material within the designated on-site sediment deposition area. The lake will remain dewatered during construction. The Contractor shall maintain continuous flow through the pilot channel throughout construction and shall install HDPE pipe crossings at construction access points. The Contractor shall remove and stockpile a minimum of 6 inches of topsoil and 12 inches of overburden, install and maintain erosion control measures, and restore all disturbed areas. The work also includes shoreline stabilization, pond drain modifications, surveying, seeding, and all incidental work necessary for a complete and functional project.
