The Kansas Water Office is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide remote and on-site technical assistance services for awarded Water Projects under the State Water Infrastructure Grant Program (SWIG) to assess the progress, compliance, and technical aspects of awarded grants.
The contractor will conduct an initial meeting with the Kansas Water Office, perform remote reviews of Technical Assistance Grants to evaluate adherence to scope and quality, conduct on-site technical assessments of Water Project Grants at various phases (e.g., halfway complete and final checkout), gather quantitative and qualitative data (measurements, photographs, interviews), analyze data, submit progress reports and final reports consolidating findings and recommendations, and provide consultation and technical support as needed.
