The selected vendor shall deliver communication, training, testing, and mitigation support services, and shall conduct lead sampling, in accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 3Ts (Training, Testing, and Taking Action) guidance for reducing lead in drinking water in schools and childcare facilities.
