The contractor will provide janitorial services at four Kansas Driver's License Examination Offices in the Wichita area: Wichita DLEX and Taxation Office (approximately 14,805 sq. ft.), Andover DLEX (approximately 3,665 sq. ft.), Derby DLEX (approximately 4,524 sq. ft.), and Wichita West DLEX (approximately 10,000 sq. ft.). Services include daily mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning of washrooms, emptying wastebaskets, dusting, glass cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Periodic tasks include stripping and waxing floors, steam-cleaning carpets twice per year, and replacing burned-out light bulbs. The contract is for five times per week, Monday through Friday during business hours, with no service on state holidays.
