The contractor shall supply all labor, fuel, materials, commercial-grade equipment, and supervision necessary to keep all District parking lots, roadways, bus lanes, drop-off horseshoes, and service drives clear of snow and ice. Services include automated plowing triggered at 2 inches of snowfall, salting as requested, stacking and piling snow away from doors and fire hydrants, and maintaining 24/7 emergency response. The contractor must service six complexes: Bus Garage (636 E Main Street), Paw Paw High School (30609 Red Arrow Hwy), Middle School & Admin (313 W Michigan Ave / 119 Johnson Rd), Early & Later Elementary and Early Childhood Center (512, 612, & 712 W North St), and Cedar Street Center (555 Cedar St), each with mandatory completion times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM on school days.
