The City of Irving ("City") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide Construction Management Advisor (CMA) services in support of the delivery of the Freeport – Sterling Corridor Infrastructure Improvements Project and West Irving Creek Phase C Project utilizing the Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) project delivery method.
The selected firm will serve as an independent advisor to the City throughout the preconstruction and construction phases of the project, providing expertise in cost estimating, constructability reviews, schedule management, risk assessment, procurement support, GMP evaluation, construction oversight, and project controls.
The City intends to select the most highly qualified firm based on demonstrated competence and qualifications and subsequently negotiate a fair and reasonable fee.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued.
