Iowa DAS Fleet Services is seeking bids from dealerships to establish a fixed percentage rate above the Triple Net Invoice, including Government Incentives, for Sport Utility Vehicles.
The selected vendor(s) will provide sport utility vehicles from the manufacturer's entire line, with pricing based on a fixed percentage above the Triple Net Invoice (including Government Incentives) for Government Fleet rate vehicles or off-the-lot vehicles. The vendor must also provide a per mile rate for delivery to DAS Fleet Services. Awarded vendors must provide an itemized Triple Net Invoice for each vehicle, and DAS Fleet will issue a purchase order only upon approval.
