Vendor will conduct third-party administrator services for Indiana Department of Health's HIV/STD/VH Programs. This will include implementation of services, claims processing, data management/reporting, enrollment assistance, managing the pharmacy network, etc.
The contractor will provide an electronic claims processing infrastructure with online adjudication and split billing, coordination of benefits and payer-of-last-resort recoupment, and a statewide pharmacy network with mail order. It will maintain formularies as directed by IDOH, operate a secured data system with enrollment data exchange, issue benefit cards, provide technical support and customer service, pay network pharmacies and invoice IDOH, and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reports. It will also meet HIPAA, security and accessibility requirements and supply an implementation plan, testing phase, communication plan and end-of-contract turnover plan.
