The current EHR system is adequate for the ISPHN's needs both now and for the foreseeable future. Transitioning to a new system is anticipated to be costly, time-consuming, and risky with no significant benefit to the State, the taxpayer, or the patients served by the ISPHN. Based on the information obtained from RFI 25-82982, we believe further solicitation efforts would be in opposition to Governor Braun's stated interests in lean, effective government.
We submit that the RFI has met the intents of SEA5, including financial stewardship, competitive solicitation, and procurement transparency.

The Contractor must also provide data migration, training, project management, and GovRAMP compliance documentation. The contract term is five years with one optional one-year renewal.

Most Indiana work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
