The bidder must include shipping and any other additional costs in the bid response; such costs will not be paid if added to the invoice. Delivery must be F.O.B. destination to the Indiana State Police at 8500 E 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219, between 9 AM and 3 PM EDST.
