The contractor must supply a large format scanner meeting minimum specifications including a 24.4"x18" scan bed, 600 dpi resolution, 120-degree book and 180-degree flat mode, 2.0 second scan sweep time at 400 dpi color, 48/24-bit color with ICC profiling, white LED light source, 21" touch screen control, foot pedal control, 3-million-page duty cycle, 1 gigabit connectivity, and very low power standby. The scanner must include software and software support, onsite installation, training, and technical support. Delivery is to the Indiana Government Center North (Receiving Dock) in Indianapolis, IN. Pricing must be all-inclusive of shipping, freight, delivery, or destination fees.
