Walkthrough Directions Questions regarding directions to the theater for the walkthrough may be directed to: Marc Steczyk – msteczyk@visitindiana.in.gov Questions & Answers All questions must be submitted via email to KBorders@lg.in.gov no later than 16:00 (ET) on October 23, 2026. Responses will be emailed by 16:00 on October 28, 2026 only to vendors who submitted an Intent to Bid and attended the mandatory walk through.
Bid Submission Deadline Completed bid packets must be submitted electronically to KBorders@lg.in.gov no later than: November 4, 2026 at 16:00 (ET) Late submissions cannot be accepted. This bid is not eligible for electronic bid through the Supplier Portal. To allow for sufficient processing time in compliance with Indiana State law, all quoted prices offered to the State under this Event must be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after the Response Due By date/time.
