The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, safety measures, and permits necessary to perform all operations related to sweeping city streets as well as bike lanes in the designated areas of the Southwest and Southeast City quadrants. The work includes sweeping Southeast and Southwest Quadrants quarterly (minimum 4, maximum 6 times annually), sweeping bike lanes quarterly (4 times annually), emergency response sweeping during and outside of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and special event sweeping. The contract is for five years with additive alternative bids for additional sweeping.
