Contractor shall procure and deliver composite manhole assembly sets (cover/lid and ring/frame combinations) from Composite Access Products, L.P. (Cap One model A-1BK24S4-H01H01SS-H1) meeting specified dimensions and performance criteria. Each assembly must feature 316 stainless steel hardware (Xylan-coated), socket head cap screws, neoprene gasket, and custom markings including Hillsborough County logo. Assemblies must pass HS-20/HS-25 proof-load testing and achieve 0.0 GPM watertight rating. Contractor shall ship F.O.B. destination to West Warehouse (9811 Sheldon Road, Tampa, FL 33635), Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM excluding holidays, with delivery within 30 days of purchase order receipt.
