Description

The purpose of the CPPM program (Assistance Listing 10.329) is to provide funding for integrated, multifunctional agricultural research, Extension, and education activities. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or preclude NIFA from making an award. Applications may only be submitted by colleges and universities (as defined by Section 1404 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3103(4)), as amended, Hispanic-serving agricultural colleges and universities, (7 U.S.C. 3103(10)), and 1994 Institutions (7 U.S.C 301 note). Award recipients may subcontract to organizations not eligible to apply provided such organizations are necessary for the conduct of the project, subject to NIFA approval.
